DeBolt construction is owned and operated by a life long resident of St. Petersburg  Florida.  Sean DeBolt is a licensed contractor with over 18 years of field experience in the construction industry.  He has extensive knowledge in the process of renovations, fire, water, wind, termite, dry rot restoration, repairs and alterations to existing structures as well as new construction and additions.  He is a certified restoration technician as well as a certified lead renovator.  Sean takes great pride in every project and strives for 100% customer satisfaction.
